Once you have this beans curry for chapathi, you will fall in love with this curry. in this beans gravy curry the gravy is prepared with ground nuts and we are adding onions as finely chopped. i have added chilly powder into the curry, instead of it you can add red chilies while frying the gravy. for the gravy you can add raw ground nuts or fried ground nuts, but if you added raw ground nuts then you have to fry the gravy in oil before adding beans so that rawness from the ground nuts will go of. if you are new to cooking then add fried ground nut in the mixie jar so that curry process would be easier for you.

  1. Wash and chop the beans into very tiny pieces.
  2. Chop the onion into very small pieces.
  3. Take a mixy jar add ground nuts, salt, chilly powder, cumin seeds, coriander seeds and make them into fine paste with the help of water.
  4. Heat a mini pressure cooker or kadai , add oil then add above gravy and fry it until it oozes out oil from its surrounding.
  5. Now add the onions & beans and fry for few seconds.
  6. Now add water and pressure cook for 3 whistles.
  7. Have and enjoy this excellent taste of beans curry for rice with any rotis or rice.

  3. Onion – 1 medium
  4. Salt  – 1 ½ tbsp (as per your taste)
  5. Chilly powder  – 3/4th tbsp (as per your taste)
  6. Coriander seeds  – 1/4th tbsp
  7. Cumin seeds  – 1/4th tbsp
  8. Oil  – 4 tbsp
  9. Water – 1/4th  cup
