This time I am sharing a very basic vanilla sponge cake using pressure cooker. It is basic recipe but its taste is awesome. To prepare this vanilla sponge cake no need of whisk/electric blender, oven etc. Just you need a pan, regular mixi and pressure cooker. This process is very easiest process to prepare.we can call it is hot milk cake. this moist vanilla cake can be used as tea time cake. other baking recipes are choco lava cake, chocolate brownie, banana muffins, chocolate balls, simple egg less cake.

So no more delay to prepare the cooker cake recipe, come on lets plan to do it for our celebrations.

  1. start the process by making the sugar into fine powder. add sugar into mixi jar and make into fine powder or if you have sugar powder you can use it.

  15. When it gets cooked switch off the flame & keep aside & open the lid after few min (10 – 12 min).

Note:

  • Take exact measurements of the ingredients.
  • To get nice puffy cake beat the eggs very well.
  • Through out the process remove the gasket and whistle from the pressure cooker lid.
  • If you are not having pan, you can use any aluminum round pan.

  • Maida – 200 grams
  • Sugar – 150 grams
  • Milk – 150 ml
  • Unsalted butter – 50 grams
  • Eggs – 2 at room temperature
  • Baking powder – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – a pinch
  • Coconut – 20 small pieces
  • Dry fruits
Instructions
  1. Make the sugar into fine powder.
  2. Take a bowl add milk & butter & boil the milk (on low flame)until butter melts.
  3. In a bowl add maida, sugar powder, salt & baking powder mix once & sieve them for 3 – 4 times.
  4. In a mixy jar add eggs and run the mixy for few min (2 min).
  5. Now add milk & melted butter and run the mixy for just few seconds.
  6. Now add the dry ingredients and run the mixy for few seconds.
  7. Grate the coconut & mix it into the mixture.
