Oats laddu – oats and nuts ladoo recipe with step by step photos. Oats laddu is a sweet which is prepared in form of round balls. If we prepare any sweets in form of round balls we call it as laddu. we can prepare so many recipes with oats like oats ladoo, oats uttappam, oats dosa, oats upma, oats idli.
Oats laddu is prepare with oats, rava or sooji, sugar, ghee, milk and nuts or dry fruits. So, it is oats and nuts ladoo recipe or oats dry fruits ladoo. This laddo recipe has very easy process like sooji laddu.

I prepare this laddu often at home as it does not take more time to prepare. When I prepare this, sweet everyone enjoys this a lot. You can prepare this sweet on festivals like Diwali, dasara or Navaratri or Pongal or any special occasions.

- Rava or semolina or sooji – 3/4th cup
- Oats – 1/4th cup
- Sugar – 160 grams
- Ghee – 3 tbsp. for frying rava and oats and 2 tbsp. of ghee for making laddu
- Milk – Nearly to 70 ml
- Dry fruits
- Elachi – 3 pods

- Heat a kadai, add 2 tbsps. of ghee after ghee gets heated add dry fruits and fry until you get nice golden color.
- Now add the rava/sooji & fry the rava for few min & add sugar and fry them until you get nice aroma from rava. Transfer the mixture into plate.
- In the same kadai add 1 tbsp. of ghee, fry the oats for 3 – 4 minutes on medium flam, switch off the flame and cool them.
- Now make oats into fine powder.
- Add this oats powder to the rava and nuts mixture.
- Add 2 tbsp. of ghee and mix nicely. Now add milk little by little (until you can do laddus) to the oats mixture and mix it.
- Now make the mixture into desired size laddus.
- Now garnish the laddus with dry fruit and serve them.

- Oats – ¼th cup
- Sugar – 160 grams
- Ghee – 3 tbsp. for frying rava and oats and 2 tbsp. of ghee for making laddu
- Milk – Nearly to 70 ml
- Dry fruits
- Elachi – 3 pods
