how to make aloo sabzi for chapati

  1. Take a mixy jar add ground nuts, coconut pieces, coriander seeds, garlic, cumin seeds, slat, chilly powder & make them into paste (kacha bacha). don’t add water while grinding the potato masala.
  2. Heat a mini pressure cooker or kadai, add oil then add above gravy or masala and fry it until it oozes out oil from its surroundings. fry nicely as we are not frying any of the masala ingredients.
  3. Add the potato pieces and fry for few seconds.Now add water and pressure cook for 3 whistles.
  4. Enjoy this tasty and mouth watering potato masala curry with roti or rice or poori.

  2. Ground nuts – 3 tbsp
  3. Coconut pieces – 12 medium pieces (1/4th of small one shell of coconut)
  4. Garlic – 4 pods
  5. Salt – 1 ½ tbsp (as per your taste)
  6. Chilly powder – 1 ½ tbsp (as per your taste)
  7. Oil – 3 tbsp
  8. Water – 1/4th cup
  9. Turmeric powder – 1/4th tbsp
  10. Coriander seeds – ½ tbsp
  11. Cumin seeds – ½ tbsp
