  • Sabudana -1/2 cup
  • Rice flour -1/2 cup
  • Salt -1 ½ tbsp(as per your taste)
  • Chilly powder -1 ½ tbsp(as per your taste)
  • Curd (little bit sour) -As required
  • Onion -1m
  • Oil
Instructions
  1. Wash the sabudana.
  2. In a bowl add sabudana and curd and mix well and soak overnight or 6 hours.
  3. Chop the onions into very small pieces.
  4. Add rice flour, chilly powder, salt to the sabudana mixture and mix well.
  5. The batter should be like pakoda batter.
  6. Now you can heat the oil in pan for deep frying.
  7. Now test the oil is in correct temperature or not for frying patties by adding one small sabudana batter if it comes up in 2-3 seconds means oil is perfect for frying.
  8. Now add small small pakodis into the oil and fry them until you got nice golden color.
  9. Repeat the same for the rest of the batter.
